    Description

    This poncho has some "repairs" that were done at some point in the past.  The patches are a hard plastic material that have been glued on.  Some of the outline material has come undone and it hangs in spots.  It needs some re-sewing.  I think some of the hard plastic pieces could be removed if you could break down the glue, and then something else could be used to mend the holes.
