This item was acquired at an industrial sale recently, brand new in the original factory boxes.  We rebagged them into 4mil Ziplok bags for resale.  These are truly the "Rolls Royce" of screws, and they are unbelievably expensive at hardware and building supply stores.  Absolutely unbeatable for semi trailer and RV repairs, putting signs on metal buildings, or any other application where rust streaks from corroded fasteners would be unsightly.  At this price, you could even use them for metal roofing.
These are made from Type 410 stainless steel.  410 stainless does attract a magnet about half-heartedly, but it is about the only type of stainless which is hard enough to drill through steel.  The tough EPDM rubber washer is securely bonded to the stainless backup washer, so it stays put when you draw them down tight.  Cheaper screws have rubber washers that are simply put on the screw shank loose, and they often spin/squirt out from underneath the head.
