The retail packaging is distressed from handling.
We inspected the faucet and noted the spout has small blemishes. We couldn't capture the blemishes in a photo against the chrome finish, but they are somewhat noticeable at certain angles.
The faucet has not been previously installed and the mounting hardware are sealed in the manufacturer packaging. Ships with the installation instructions.
