    Description

    An unusual piece of military gear. I believe this is a German belly or kidney warmer, I think the date reads 1963. Made from off white wool flannel this wraps around your middle to provide extra warmth. The wide part in the center is 10 1/2 inches tall, length of the wool is 61 inches plus twill tape ties on each end that are 18 inches long. This is a lot of two identical items. Certainly seams like a nice thing to help keep you warm. I may be wrong on the ID. Questions please ask. Thanks for looking
