Mage Knight has some excellent miniatures that are perfect for D&D.  Compared to many other options, Mage Knight figures are often better looking, easier (as far as not needing to paint them), and cheaper.  You can easily bulk up that skeleton or orc army, find a great looking "boss" monster, or pick an NPC or PC loaded with personality.
