Original Vietnam Era Soldiers Steel Helmet Liner, US Army, Infantry Type I

You are considering the TWO Vietnam era, US Army, helmet liners shown in the pictures. These helmets were given to my brother by one of my uncles. Both served in the Vietnam War. I don't know much else about them. They have been stored in my parents attic for the last 40 years, at least. You can see from the pictures that the inside straps are in very good condition. One of the pictures shows the wording on the inside of the green helmet. I can tell that it says, "Liner, Soldier Steel Helmet on the first line. The middle line says Infantry Type I. I am not able to make out the last line except that it has some numbers. I have also included a patch that I found along with these liners. It's from the Strategic Air Command. I just thought it was pretty neat. I know nothing about it.
