    Description

    Up For Auction is a 1988A Bill with Ink Smear error. The reverse has a green Ink Smear across the top of the bill. The bill has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as being in GEM NEW condition with a grade of 65 PPQ. Please note there appears to be some sticker residue on the front of the plastic holder. I have not tried to remove it, I will leave that to the buyers discretion. Please see the photos for the actual bill you will receive.
