    Pittsburgh / New England Blown & Cut Font Pressed Base Oil Lamp Circa 1840 C
    Pittsburgh or New England oil lamp. Square pressed base with blown and panel cut font. With applied wafer to join the two sections together. This one has an old pewter collar that looks like it was designed to use a cork type burner.
    Collar is in fairly rough condition with lots of marks and dents, and lacks internal threads. Otherwise good condition.
    Measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide x 8 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
