RPPC "Ms. Blouse" Edwardian dress Old woman with granddaughters fancy dress

So, I have a little stack of real photo postcards that feature this woman along with some of her children and grandchildren.  She is unnamed, but one postcard says something like "Ms. Blouse(sp?) so I am calling her that.  She looks like she had quite a personality, nice taste in clothes, and a penchant for getting her photo taken and made into postcards.
And what happened to the other grand daughter?  Perhaps her hair bow was overshadowing Ms. Blouse's mug.  Still not sure if the one kid is a boy or girl.  But don't they look fancy in their Edwardian dress with lace, and pearls?
P.S. this is the one where I got her name from, though I probably misread it.  But she'll never know, will she now?
