We ship worldwide. Even to the most distant countries. If there is no list when ordering your country, write us and we will solve this problem.
We ship your orders by USPS.
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver goods to you directly. Responsibility for the delivery of goods lies on USPS and we can’t track every parcel. Therefore, if you see a delay in the delivery or delivered goods are damaged - you don’t need to open a dispute, first write to us, we want you to be satisfied.
For buyers outside the USA - please pay attention that in some countries you may be charged a customs fee, this is not our whim - these are the conditions of YOUR country and we can’t influence it.
Usually, shipping outside of USA doesn’t take more than two weeks (except for distant countries)
If you don’t have the goods for more than a month, you need to contact your local delivery service (when the goods are in your country - this is responsibility of your local delivery service and not USPS) and find out the reasons of the delay. We pass ordered items to  USPS courier every day at 10 a.m. Orders placed after this time would be shipped the next day. Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Friday are shipped on Monday as USPS has no shipments on Saturday.

WORKING TIME DURING WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS
Since USPS ships goods from Monday to Friday - Saturday, Sunday is also a weekend.
We accept orders, but they will be shipped on Monday.
You can also write us a message during the weekend - we will try to answer as soon as possible. But we are “simple people”, we also have our own problems and personal time for the family, if you wrote to us on the day off and did not immediately receive an answer - this is not a reason to scold us, write complaints and leave angry comments, we will not disregard each your message, have patience.
PURCHASE RETURNS
Dear customers, due to the large number of fraudsters we are forced to introduce protective measures, please treat with understanding.
If after returning the goods marked defective, we establish that the goods are working - we will make a complaint to ebay and you will be punished - you MUST truthfully indicate the reason for the return, if you just want to return the goods - no problem - but indicate so.
If you, in your opinion, have encountered a defective product (the product doesn’t work properly) or our product doesn’t work at all - please write us a letter indicating the exact problem, the equipment with which you use our product (name and model of phone / tablet / laptop / cameras) and also check - you may need to use an adapter (included), and also check all the connections and if everything is ok - try to connect the microphone to another device.
If the problem persists, we will replace the goods without any problems.
We would like to note that quite often the problem with the microphone is that buyers use cheap adapters such as Type C to 3.5 or Lightning to 3.5 and others. Such cheap fake adapters can only have headphone pins. Therefore, before writing a complaint - make sure that you have a high-quality adapter.
