    Description

    VINTAGE LA MARQUE POCKET WATCH AND GERMANY MAP MEASURE w/COMPASS.
    Nice pair in working order.
    Both belonged to Captain Hal Marshall who commanded the USS Maryland and Baltimore submarines among other vessels. Stop watches would be used on subs to calculate time of impact, maneuvers, etc.
    The map measure certainly makes sense as well.
    These came directly from his executive desk drawers in his home.
