Tall clear cut Crystal DECANTER art glass stars coin dot 18 1/2"

Description

Eye catching, tall decanter with reflective coin dots and star pattern. You can feel (but not easily see) some roughness on the opening, and some wear to the bottom of the stopper (see pictures).
CONDITION:
Excellent Used Condition:
Expect some minor signs of use, but no defects or obvious signs of wear.
No chips, cracks, or other clearly visible signs of wear. On the bottom of the stopper there is some visible wear (see pictures)

: I offer shipping options. Ebay seems to show only one. The option ebay gives may not be the most economical or even the quickest. If a significantly less expensive option is available I will either notify you (if it is a longer shipping time) and refund you the balance if you choose that option; or simply refund the difference (if the shipping time is the same or better) and ship using the faster method (i.e. Priority over Ground Select).
Returns:
I have not marked my items for 30 Day Free returns. But
with fragile items, if something arrives broken, message me within 7 days of delivery and I will work out a solution with you - whether it's a free return and refund or some variation

I do not use the default ebay return policies because I do not run a full-time business or have the resources of big sellers and commercial outlets. I would like a reasonable return policy, but ebay does not offer one right now.
