    Description

    Vietnam Era M1936 Individual Equipment Belt M1945 Suspenders ARVN Advisor
    Late production M1936 belt in unworn condition.
    Size marked Waist M.  Looks like it may have also been marked MEDIUM but this has been inked out.
    Other end of belt is marked with nomenclature and FSN.  Looks like contract info has been inked out also.
    There is also a very interesting tag in what appears to be iron on material.  It has a number of notations including 'Serv, Arm' and '46" L Max'.
    No idea what this tag represents or when it was added.
    The sliding belt keepers appear to be held together with wire that was applied before the painted finish.
    Also included is an unworn pair of M1945 Suspenders.  They have a detailed contract stamp on the underside of one strap.  Probably 1950's contract but hard to read.  The buckles and snap hooks have verdigris from the reaction of the brass to the Mildew Resistant Treatment in the webbing.
