    Description

    Currently available is this M-1951 Entrenching Tool made by H-W with M-56 carrier.  Designed to replace the earlier M-1943 entrenching tool and the M-1910 pick-mattock, the M-1951 entrenching tool was made with a thicker wood handle, sturdier shovel blade and the addition of a pick fitting into the M-1956 canvas carrier.  This shovel is in good, repainted condition with the carrier showing signs of wear from use.
