    Vintage Army Military Sleeping Bag Mountain M-1949 Water Repellent Case & Bag
    Up for auction is a vintage US Army M-1949 feather filled mountain sleeping bag.
    The length is approx. 74-75 inches.
    The bag has a water repellent case laced onto the bag.  Case can be easily removed, if necessary.
    The rolled bag and case will be shipped inside an original GI waterproof bag.
    The sleeping bag does include the two tie down straps at the foot of the bag to secure the bag when rolled.
    The sleeping bag and case are in VG condition.  The waterproof bag is functional but certainly not as soft as it once was.
    All items were my personal gear from my tour in Germany when I left in 1976 (1/26 Inf, 1st Inf. Div - Goeppingen).
    The bag has not been used in many years and needs to be fluffed and aired out in the sun before use.
    The sleeping bag and case are still very functional.
