    Description

    Up for auction is a solid brass plate made for the US Army Corps Of Engineers (Essayons)
    .  The plate measures 8 3/8 inches in diameter and weighs 22.78 ounces.  I'm not certain where it was made but I'd guess Korea.  Age?  Not certain.  Perhaps 1960-1970s.  The condition is good with no dents or big scratches.  There are some freckles on the piece and some tarnish.  Tha
