    Description

    (#TNE-OTT-259-B)  Excellent hand crafted tagua nut carving of an OTTER (NUTRIA) on a slice of tagua nut base; measures 3-5/8” tall x 2-1/2” long x 1” wide.
    Carved in Ecuador of genuine, natural "tagua nut" which is a seed from a special palm tree there (Phytelepas Equatorialis).  The milk inside the seeds solidifies into a product so similar to animal tusk it's hard to tell the difference. New, no defect. Eyes & nose are made of coconut shell dust.
    Great for the otter collector!
